On October 11th, Crocs announced their collaboration with Lisa Frank as part of Croctober. I’ve noticed that Lisa Frank has become more active in the past year or two, so it was cool to see that they’re still afloat (I loved their coloring books and stickers when I was younger). Something I thought was kind of weird was Crocs responding to a commenter by name. I looked on her account to see if for some reason Crocs followed her, but they don’t. I guess it’s a way of making people feel more inclined to buy their product making it seem like they have a sort of friendship. Another thing I noticed was someone commented how they didn’t come in a size 5. It was commented around the same time Crocs was actively answering comments, so I wondered why they didn’t even reply with something like “We’re so sorry about that! You might like X and Y that come in your size.”
